میں اور میری تنہائی
ایسا لگتا جیسے ساری دنیا غائب ہوگئی ہو اور بس دھند اور اس کا وجود باقی بچا ہو..اور وہ بھاگے جا رہی ہے دنیا صحراکی مانند لگ رہی تھی ۔۔وہ شاید بھا بھاگ کر تھک گئی تھی ۔۔اسے تو یہ بھی معلوم نہ تھا کہ وہ کیوں بھاگ رہی ہے۔۔اس کا دل چاہتا کوئی ٹھنڈی میٹھی چھاوں والا گاوں ہو جہاں وہ کچھ دیر رک جائے۔۔۔کچھ دیر سکون لے لے ۔۔مگر کہاں؟۔۔۔یہی تلاش تو اسے صدیوں سے بھگائے پھر رہی تھی ۔۔۔یوں لگتا وہ اکیلی رہ گ ئی ہے ۔اس کے اندر ایک آگ تھی جسے وہ بجھانا چاہتی تھی ۔۔۔مگر کیسے ؟؟؟سکون کہاں ملے گا ؟ٹھنڈا اور میٹھا گاوں کہاں ہے ؟نظر ہی نہیں آرہا تھا ۔۔۔وہ لوگ جو زندگی اساس معلوم ہوتے تھے نہ جانے کہاں گم ہو گئے تھے ۔۔۔اس کا دل چاہا وہ چیخ چیخ کر سب کو پکارے مگر ۔۔آواز ۔۔۔گلے میں ہی کہیں پھنس گئی تھی ۔۔۔ اداس جذبوں کی کوٹھری میں اندھیرا بڑھتا ہی جا رہا ہے ۔۔۔۔۔۔ ۔وہ بےدم ہو کر سی گئی آنسو بےاختیار آنکھوں سے رواں تھے ۔۔۔اس کے منہ سے بےساختہ پکار نکلی ۔۔۔یا اللہ ۔۔۔میں کیا کروں؟۔۔۔اسے یوں لگا اس پکار سے اک لمحہ سکوں تھا جو گذر چکا تھا مگر دل میں ٹھنڈ سی پڑی تھی ۔۔وہ جس کی صدیوں سے تلاش م...

It’s okay to have down days and tough times. Expecting life to be wonderful all the time is wanting to swim in an ocean in which waves only rise up and never come crashing down. However, when you recognize that the rising and crashing waves are part of the exact same ocean, you are able to let go and be at peace with the reality of these ups and downs.
